A Bit About Me:
I'm Amani Alnuaimi. At the moment, I'm enrolled at the Higher College of Technology. I enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program to gain experience in all elements of teaching and learning. During my studies, I had the opportunity to perform my teaching practicum at eight different schools. I've taught numerous topics and concepts to KG-1 and KG-2 children. To enhance my teaching abilities, I have enrolled in various lessons such as Math, English, Science, and Arabic courses. In addition, I've learnt about a variety of teaching approaches, ideas, and pedagogies that are relevant to students' learning. During my internship, I did some online teaching during the panadamic of COVID-19 and built online materials to help students study more effectively.
My e-portfolio provides as a display for several tasks, assessments, and lesson plans that I have completed during my specialization. By combining diverse learning styles, pedagogies, and theories, and making the content relevant to the students' experiences, the e-portfolio seeks to impact the importance of the teacher's role in developing a unique learning environment.
My Beliefs:
In my perspective, education is a productive learning environment in which students can realize their true selves. The learning environment is the most important factor in the learning process (Pound,2011). Students, in my opinion, must work in a safe environment that promotes creativity, knowledge acquisition, and child exploration. As a result, I've always tried to create a supportive environment for my students and to stimulate them so that they feel safe and can study efficiently. For example, I attempted to teach all of my lessons outside of the classroom so that the pupils would not become bored. The United Arab Emirates aspire to build an innovative education system for knowledge and a globally competitive society, with the goal of establishing an innovative education system for knowledge and a worldwide society.
According to Frobel, "Children are like tiny flowers: They are varied and need care, but each is beautiful alone and glorious when seen in the community of peers." - Friedrich Froebel (1782-1852). Also, he mentioned that "play is the highest expression of human development in childhood for it alone is the free expression of what is in the child's soul." (Froebel, n.d.).
Humans, in my opinion, learn by making mistakes, and the teacher's responsibility is to instruct students how to deal with these mistakes appropriately.
By teaching the youth, teachers help to lay a solid foundation for the future.
A teacher should assist students gain new knowledge beyond what they currently know without overwhelming them, and teach relevant topics that students can apply in the real world and use to benefit the community.
My philosophy of teaching:
My teaching philosophy highlights four main aspects. First of all, I firmly believe that careful planning promotes outstanding teaching quality and enriches student motivation. Second, I believe that diversification and innovation in doing activities stimulate the strengthening of the student's skills in lessons, making them able to solve problems and enjoy the activities. Third, out-of-class teaching is one of the methods that has an excellent impact on student performance as it makes the environment, method, and learning resources effective for individuals, thus fulfilling students' immediate needs. Finally, I strongly support the use of pictures or visual objects that are touchable as they enhance the student's intellectual skills and make them able to remember faster.

Objectives of professional development plans:
I used the Professional Development Plan (PDP) in my last year of education to develop smart goals based on various learning abilities that I desired to achieve. There are numerous advantages to creating a professional plan, and as a teacher, my goal is to maximize these advantages. The professional development plan's objectives help me improve my teaching abilities. This professional development plan has increased my self-awareness in terms of identifying possible business solutions in order to achieve a desirable result.
