Managing Learning
Page Overview
This page demonstrates my use of behavior management strategies to manage learning and students' behavior in my previous semester 7 which was online and my face to face learning in semester 8 and physical classroom.
Definition:
The teacher's capacity to assist the students toward social and emotional well-being and develop a respected, pleasant, caring learning environment is characterized as managing learning. According to Dwain (2007), proactive classroom leadership demands intelligent and complicated planning while keeping an eye on numerous individuals, behaviors, and other aspects (p.13). Teachers use a variety of tactics in the classroom and teach pupils how to follow directions.

In order to manage students' learning and regulate their behaviour, I was responsible for teaching the entire Kindergarten in the last two semesters, 7 and 8, which necessitated the application of class rules. Happy and sad faces can be used to find out how receptive students are to a lesson. I also believe that time management is of great value to teachers because it helps organize lessons in the classroom and contributes to achieving learning goals. Because I think classroom management requires time management. To achieve this level of control, I used techniques such as creating a virtual classroom display board to display work, peers, and self-assessment, as well as guiding youngsters through their next stages. In addition, create "selection plate centers" using differentiation methods.
